Our meat and deli case is 50 feet long, filled with beef, poultry, pork, and on the far left end you'll find our deli filled with salads, cheese, lunch meats, desserts, and more!

Cooking Instructions for Boneless Prime Rib

​Method One:

1. Preheat oven to 450F 

this method sears the outside of the roast and seals in the juices. 

2. In a roasting pan cook the prime rib uncovered with no water.

For a roast 5 lbs. or less:

Cook 30 minutes at 450F, then reduce heat 350F for 50 minutes.

For a roast 5 lbs. and up:

Cook 40 minutes at 450F, then reduce heat to 350F for 1 hour.


We have a large selection of steak and cuts, including New York Strips, Bone-In and Boneless Rib-Eyes, T-Bone, Porter House, Filet Mignon, and our 90% lean Ground chuck, and 80% lean Ground beef.


​Method Two:

This method is very simple, no temperature changes.

1. Place Prime Rib in roasting pan, and bake uncovered with no water.

For a roast 5 lbs. or less:

Cook for 2 hours at 325F

For a roast 5 lbs. and up:

Cook roast for 2 hours at 325F

Different ovens may vary, we recommend using a meat thermometer. ​

For best results, insert the thermometer deep into the middle of the roast. Cooking times may vary due to size and desired finished temperatures!

110F - 115F = rare

120F - 130F = medium rare

130F = medium well

Try our own Zink's seasoning, made in house. All the seasoning is MSG free. Its great on steaks, chicken, pork, hamburgers, fries, its also great in soups. You can use this seasoning on anything!

These are great to throw on the grill, or in your next stew, or sauce.
